Our 2017-2021 economic agreement — which covers 98,000 members — expired last year. The union is preparing for negotiations and wants to hear your top concerns and the steps you are willing to take to win a new contract.

Starting May 31, DC 37 will conduct an online survey on the contract at dc37survey.com. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey and share your ideas. The results will help the union prepare its demands and provide evidence to support them.

The survey can also be found on the home page of DC 37’s website. The DC 37 Research and Negotiations Department will analyze the results as it works with the DC 37 Negotiations Committee to prepare for bargaining talks with the city.
