On March 20, 2020, Governor Cuomo issued an Executive Order stating that all non-essential workers must stay home and work from home to the maximum extent possible, effective March 22, 2020, at 8:00 pm.

The Joseph E. Collins Memorial Scholarship is open to high school seniors whose parent or legal guardian is an active member of the Civil Service Technical Guild, Local 375. To be eligible, the student must be graduating from high school in June of 2020 and planning to enter college or university in the fall. Applications must be postmarked by May 31st, 2020.
