What is the NYC Employees PPO plan (NYCE PPO)?
NYCE PPO is a new, premium-free health plan for City workers, pre-6 retirees, and your dependents from EmblemHealth and UnitedHealthcare. Active members of the EmblemHealth GHI CSP/Anthem BlueCross BlueShield plan and their eligible dependents will be automatically enrolled in the new plan prior to Jan. 1, 2026.
