We are pleased to inform you that the City and the MLC have reached a tentative agreement with Emblem/UnitedHealthcare, subject to MLC approval, for a new five-year agreement that continues premium-free coverage for our members, pre-Medicare retirees and their dependents while greatly expanding the networks of providers among many other enhancements.
