Local 375 Women’s Organizing Committee (WOC) is taking a stand against Breast Cancer and Domestic Violence Awareness. Women are the majority in the Homes, Workplace, Churches, and Community, we must keep the Faith, Strength, Love, and Hope alive for a cure. Local 375's Lesbian and Gay Issues Committee celebrated PRIDE 2017 at Local 375 Delegates meeting on Wednesday, June 14, 2017. Committee members and Chapter 7 (Parks) President Ricardo Hinkle spoke about the brief history of the LGBT Committee in DC 37 and in Local 375. He explained the different LGBT rallies and demonstrations in a PowerPoint presentation.
